We are pleased to announce that we have recently
contracted with Grand Lake Termite and Pest Control to provide regular
spraying at both our Langley and TiaJuana facilities.
They will be spraying around the exteriors of all the
buildings, including around each of the door frames, roof joins and
building seams, as well as inside vacant units.
With their professional chemicals, not only should
this reduce the occurrence of spiders and other creepy crawlies, but they
say their treatments don't have the strong odor and are safer and more
environmentally friendly than the Malathion we had been using.
We also recommend you use moth
balls and DeCon for added protection.
